		<description>I made a personal loan to a man to purchase a home last year.  He made payments for several months, is now in foreclosure and just sent me a &quot;notice of rescission&quot; claiming he did not receive the proper Truth in Lending and Reg. Z paperwork at closing 9 months ago.  I had been told that my private money loan did not require those disclosures (6 month loan, 15%).  Was my info. wrong.  I am in Utah, used a title company, funded $250k, received a note and TD.
